1. Refund Period
Wristsherbor offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all courses, programmes, and educational materials purchased through our Website. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
2. Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be received within 14 days of purchase date.
- The refund is for full tuition or course fees only.
- You must provide your original order confirmation or receipt.
- You acknowledge that you received access to course materials.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- One-on-one consultation sessions already completed.
- Digital downloads after access has been granted.
- Amounts already refunded.
- Purchases made more than 14 days prior to refund request.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at info@wristsherbor.world with your order details.
- Include your full name, email, and order confirmation number.
- We will respond within 3 business days to confirm eligibility.
- Upon approval, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
5. Refund Amount
Refunds cover the full amount of course or service fees paid. Payment processing fees, if any, are not refunded, as they are charged by third-party payment processors.
6. Cancellation of Services
If you have scheduled one-on-one sessions or coaching consultations, you may cancel up to 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
7. Subscription or Recurring Payments
If you have enrolled in a recurring programme, you may cancel at any time. You will not be charged for future periods, but refunds for the current billing period are not available unless requested within 14 days of initial purchase.
8. Defective or Damaged Materials
If you receive defective or damaged course materials or if access is not granted due to a technical error on our part, we will remedy the issue at no charge or provide a full refund at your option.
9. Disputes and Escalation

10. Consumer Rights
